NGO registration in Vietnam

To obtain a permission of the Government to operate a foreign NGO in Vietnam, you have two choices:

(1) Do it yourself and submit an application to The People’s Aid Co-ordinating Committee (PACCOM)

(2) Ask a legal agency to help you with your legal documents and the application.
