A Full Day Visit To Hue Royal Tombs
Hue is compact of tombs, commemorating past emperors under Nguyen dynasty. These tombs were built and renovated along the Perfume River between 1802 and 1945.
Most tombs consist of a temple for worship, a stele, a courtyard and a pond. If you arrive in Hue by air, you will catch good sight of the white dots that spread in and around Hue.

It is advisable that you pick up brochures about these sites from Hue tourist information center, ticket booth or read well in advance about the history of the tombs. A good understanding of Nguyen dynasty will make your visit more memorable and enriching.
Visiting these tombs will take you at least half a day. You can either rent a vehicle (a motorbike or bike will work great), join a tour or book a boat trip.
