Phu Quoc Airport (PQC)

Location

Phu Quoc Airport is at the center of Phu Quoc Island, just 15 minute drive from Duong Dong Town. The airbase can only receive smaller aircrafts such as Fokker 70 or ATR 72, but it is currently improved for bigger planes to land in the foreseeable future.

Phu Quoc Airport currently welcomes both international and domestic flights and is expecting further expansion thanks to its tourism development in recent years. All major airlines in Vietnam: Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air and Bamboo Airways have multiple flights daily to Phu Quoc from destinations all over Vietnam. The fares for these flights are different, varying from 40 to 200 USD depending on the route and economy of business class. You can either contact these airlines or the ticket agencies for reservation.

From Phu Quoc airport to island center

The Airport is only 2km from Duong Dong Town, so you can easily get to the town by various means of transportation. There are cabs or motorbikes available outside of the airport and it costs about $1.5 – 2 to get to your hotel. From Phu Quoc Airport to Vinpearl Amusement Park and Safari, it takes around 60 minutes.
