Locations of the event are reputable restaurants in Hanoi, including Hai Cang Restaurant (for the opening ceremony), Don’s Tay Ho Retaurant, Asahi Sushi Restaurant, Nam Phuong Restaurant, San Ho Restaurant, Dep Restaurant, Thien Phuc Restaurant and the Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake Hotel.
During a month of the festival, delicious dishes representing diverse cuisine of Canada will be available to visitors. Among them are flavored food made from great-quality ingredients of Canada such as oyster, scallop, beef, lobster and other specialties.
