Hue - the most economical destination in Vietnam
This information is published based on the average price that tourists have to pay for your accommodation. To be more specific, the Ancient Capital of Hue allows tourists to stay overnight at the most competitive rates compared to other destinations.
In April and May, this rate only reaches $43, equivalent to 1.066.000 VND. Carried out by the Agoda online tourism platform, the research results also show 7 remaining places on the Asian market, including Udon Thani (Thailand - $38), Bengaluru (India - $55), Surabaya (Indonesia - $19), Iloilo (Philippines - $50), Narita (Japan - $71), Cao Hung (Taiwan - $101), and Kuching (Malaysia - $49).
It also suggested some highlights about Hue such as the proper time to visit, well-known destinations, and culinary offerings.
It is known that Ninh Binh has held this rank since last year and has to make room for Hue this year.

Hue promotes tourism via an attractive logo design contest
The Provincial Department of Tourism in Thua Thien Hue has recently launched the logo design contest called “Hue – Culinary Capital” to introduce and promote Hue’s gastronomy more attractively and effectively.
50% discount on admission tickets for Hue monuments
With a purpose to promote local tourism, Hue Monuments Conservation Center has offered a 50% discount on all entrance tickets to the cultural - historical relics belonging to the ancient capital complex of Hue for both foreign and domestic visitors. The discount applies from now until August 31st, 2021.
