If someone gives you an address that goes “2 Hung Vuong”, rest assured they are trying to pull your leg, because this street has only one house. Number 1 Hung Vuong is indeed the President Palace. This road is one-way, short and broad, surrounded by important political buildings. The Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, the Rose garden and West lake are close, so you probably go by Hung Vuong street, but not likely to stop here, because there are neither residential houses nor shops here.
