Nguyen Phong Sac Street

Nguyen Phong Sac Street is 1.2 kilometers long, running from Hoang Quoc Viet Street to the fork Cau Giay – Xuan Thuy. It belongs to Nghia Tan Ward, Cau Giay District (Tu Liem District before). Its name was set in 1990 after Nguyen Phong Sac who set up a party cell of The Revolutionary Youth League of Vietnam – the first truly Marxist organization in Indochina.
