This consists of several exciting activities, including music performances from amateur and professional artists and physical activities such as sporting events and games.
This is the effort of the local administration to attract more visitors; part of the program is to promote inner-city river tourism development starting from the middle of 2012. This is also considered a step to introduce new images of Nhieu Loc and Tau Hu canals to people after a reviving project of cleaning up.
