Da Nang installs 10 tourist information machines at famous attractions
Da Nang has installed ten tourist information machines with a more use-friendly interface since 17 August in order to promote tourism and meet tourists’ demand in looking up destinations and services.
Da Nang has installed ten tourist information machines with a more use-friendly interface since 17 August in order to promote tourism and meet tourists’ demand in looking up destinations and services.
The ten machines are located at Da Nang International Airport, Bana Hills, Da Nang Square, Bien Dong Park, Da Nang Museum, Marble Mountain, Cham Museum, Truc Lam Vien Restaurant and Vinh Trung Plaza.
The searching machines features touch screen and a newly-installed searching software designed by the Da Nang Center for Tourism Promotion and Green Global LLC. The software functions like a mini tourism library that contains a wealth of information and nice images about Da Nang with simple and clear layout. Tourism information is categorized into destination, hotel, cuisine, tou, etc., which facilitates tourists in finding what they want.
The ten searching machines are part of the Communication and Information Technology Development Project, which aims to better serve the increasing number of foreign tourists to the City of Da Nang.
