According to figure from Quang Ninh, the blessed province of amazing Ha Long Bay and many other breathtaking attractions, it has served more than 5,934,000 visitors for the first 10 months of 2012, which is equivalent to the total revenue of about VND 3,665 billion, increasing by 18% over the same period last year. Among these, about 1,981,000 are foreigners, which is 7% higher than same period last year.
This is supposed to be the result of the effort from the local and national administration in enhancing the quality of tourism industry and infrastructure, as well as the strong promotion tourism activities in this area. Meanwhile the governance of the province is still planning more actions and investments for tourism sector here.
