To be more specific, business class will enjoy a mix of traditional foods with familiar flavors namely Banh Chung, fried pork meat, pickled vegetables, jellied pork, and fruits during their flights. The dishes are carefully selected by NSC and VACs, member companies of VNA to ensure the freshness and deliciousness.
By doing this, the national flag carrier desires to bring passengers a sense of familiarity and closeness on flights during the Lunar New Year as well as honor unique cultural values of Vietnamese people.
Currently, with an aim to provide diverse culinary experiences to passengers, VNA has also offered a new menu on the route between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City which is changed every 15 days. For instance, the menu for economy class is supplemented with options such as Thang Long grilled chopped fish, Mekong-styled fried noodles, and sweet soups. Meanwhile, business class has an opportunity to enjoy more classic dishes like sticky rice, eggs stuffed with mushrooms and sausages, and Russian salad.
