The low-budgeted airline Vietjet Air has announced to open a new direct route connecting Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and Bangkok, Thailand in the second month of the upcoming 2012.
The low-budgeted airline Vietjet Air has announced to open a new direct route connecting Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and Bangkok, Thailand in the second month of the upcoming 2012.
As planned, the airline will operate one daily flight for this new route from February 10. Each flight would take passengers around 90 minutes and is scheduled to leave Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 11:00, and depart from Suvarnabhumi International Airport – Thailand at 13:30.
Before launching this new route, VietJet Air sets its priority on serving domestic market with many new routes have been launched between famous tourist cities like Hanoi, HCMC, Hai Phong, Da Nang, NhaTrang and Vinh.
The new born of HCMC- Bangkok route is considered a significant step of the airline to approach the international market, in which Southeast Asia and North Asia countries are on the development.
