Vietnam - Japan Cultural Festival 2013 to be held in Ho Chi Minh City
The Vietnam-Japan Culture Exchange Festival 2013 has just been announced to take place at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Culture House, Ho Chi Minh City in between February 23 and 24.
The Vietnam-Japan Culture Exchange Festival 2013 has just been announced to take place at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Culture House, Ho Chi Minh City in between February 23 and 24.
Under the name TOUCH 2013, the event is a co-product of two Vietnamese companies: Vang Anh Culture Company and TOF Vietnam Company; and CL Support Company from Japan associating with the Consulate General of Japan in HCMC.
The main purpose of the festival is to create opportunities for both Vietnamese and Japanese youngsters to explore each other’s culture through music, cosplays, dances, games, mangas and animes.
This is also a chance for Vietnam cosplay team to prepare for the World Cosplay Competition in Japan in August 2013.
Other interesting features to attract youngsters who fall in love with Japanese culture are 25 stalls of discounted books, souvenirs, toys and delicious dishes.
The organizers expect to welcome more than 15,000 youngsters in HCMC and surrounding areas.
