It is really easy to make “pho cuon”. There are suppliers delivering a large pastry, which is similar to a roll of cloth, and the chef only needs to slice the rice pastry into square pieces with the dimensions of 10cm x 15cm instead of small shreds. Then he will add slices of fried beef and fresh herbs onto the surface, and roll the pastry up. Together with a small bowl of dipping sauce, the dish is ready to enjoy.
Although “pho cuon” has only appeared in Hanoi for nearly four years, it has become one of the most favorite snacks with young Hanoians.
Where to eat best “pho cuon”?
