International routes

Bamboo Airways opens international flight routes to Prague (Bamboo Plus & Bamboo Business classes only), Northeast Asian region such as Korea and Taiwan. By 2021, the airline is expected to fly to Europe and the US.

Domestic routes

When it comes to domestic routes, Bamboo Airways exploits a variety of flights to multiple provinces and cities in Vietnam including Buon Ma Thuot, Can Tho, Chu Lai, Dalat, Danang, Dong Hoi, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hue, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Pleiku, Thanh Hoa, Tuy Hoa, Van Don, Vinh.

In 2020, Bamboo Airways becomes the first airline to offer direct flight from Hanoi and Thanh Hoa to Con Dao - an island famous for its long stretch pristine beach. Flight time is approximately 90 minute one way. Continuing its exclusive offer, Bamboo Airways put into use the first First Class Lounge at Con Dao Airport.

Flight Classes

Bamboo Airways flight classes comprise Bamboo Eco, Bamboo Plus, and Bamboo Business that are categorized according to different policies on fares, baggage service, seat assignment, rebook, name change, refund, and children.

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on baggage:

Bamboo Eco and Bamboo Plus ticket classes are allowed to carry one item of up to 7kg while it is two items of up to 14kg (7kg each) for Bamboo Business ticket class free of charge. Personal items that can be carried are handbag, baby lag, food bag, laptop, and foldable stroller.

Checked baggage:

Bamboo Plus ticket class is allowed to carry one piece of checked baggage 20kg max and Bamboo Business ticket class can carry one piece of checked baggage up to 30kg free of charge.

Extra luggage is charged differently between international flight routes and fixedly within domestic routes.

Meals on board

Meals are served with fees. Mineral water bottles and cold towels are often free

In-flight Services

With the cooperation of Touch Aero and Airfi Aero, the airline offers an extensive on-board entertainment system where guests can have access to more than 100 movies, video games, and TV series. Possible personal devices that can connect to Bamboo Airways’ entertainment library are laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
