About Nguyen Tri Phuong district
This is another road in the tourism area of Hue City. It was built in the 19th century with many other roads in the same area. At first, it was named Bobillot by the French, but in 1956, it was renamed to Nguyen Tri Phuong and this name has been kept until present, along with the name Nha Tho Nha Nuoc (which means the State Church) called by the local resident. It is one of the tourism streets in Hue City, so it has many destinations like hotels, restaurant or entertainment locations to serve the tourists. There are many good hotels with reasonable price and excellent quality on Nguyen Tri Phuong Street such as Thuan Hoa Hotel, in addition to many attractions like the Small Church, Ngoc Anh Discotheque, and some travel agencies like Asiatravelland Travel. That makes Nguyen Tri Phuong one of the most attractive and interesting for tourists, especially foreigner travelers.
