There are three options available:
Option 1:
Applying in person at one of the diplomatic missions of Vietnam in Switzerland as follows:

Option 2:
A one-month tourist visa on arrival costs US$25 on arrival (plus agency fee for pre-approved letter) and requires two passport-sized photo (4x6cm)
Option 3:
E-visa is now available for Swiss citizens.
